Location is a natural attribute of a person or an object in the real world,and it is information in daily life which is closely related to human. Nowadays,outdoor location can be obtained by using GPS and BD satellite positioning system, but people stay indoors for longer time in daily life and there is no universal and economical way to obtain the precise indoor location. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, indoor location is endowed with extraordinary significance.Nowadays smart-phones are with more and more powerful functions, and embedded with a lot of hardware modules. Therefore,there are necessary advantages to develop indoor positioning system on the smart phone. Based on built-in inertial sensor of smart-phones,and using the iBeacon module as calibration beacon to calibrate cumulative error of traditional positioning method, Then this paper finally completed a set of stable positioning system.This article first analyzes iBeacon indoor positioning performance, through iBeacon indoor positioning experiment, iBeacon ranging signal strength positioning in an indoor positioning performance is poor,cannot satisfy the indoor navigation and positioning accuracy.iBeacon with short distance measurement error is small, the characteristics of the great error in the long-distance range, separate iBeacon indoor positioning error is big, so need and pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR) positioning way a fusion.Then completed the development of indoor positioning navigation software which based on the Android platform. There are three ways to determine the starting position, by screen touching, QR-code scanning, iBeacon single point positioning. At the same time the software also realized the function of indoor location navigation, you can select starting and ending points, then the software will draw navigation path on the indoor map of mobile . To solve the problem of the PDR positioning results radiate, arranging iBeacon module and QR-code along the navigation path. When PDR positioning accuracy is poor, you can manually scan QR-code or iBeacon will automaticly calibrate the error .MATLAB simulation results show that the fusion of positioning results compared with the single iBeacon and single PDR positioning has improved significantly.To sum up, this paper uses iBeacon fusion and mobile MEMS indoor positioning technology research, on the algorithm research, this paper studies the fusion based on iBeacon and pedestrians dead reckoning positioning method. Using the extended kalman filter will integrate the result of iBeacon positioning with the result of the pedestrian dead reckoning,the simulation results show that the fusion precision meet the demand of indoor navigation and positioning. On the project implementation, this paper implements a Android application which support iBeacon?QR-code correct improved pedestrian dead reckoning system.Experiments show that the navigation positioning error within 2 meters, meet the needs of the indoor navigation and positioning.
