Location Based Service,as one of the basic services of mobile internet,has gradually penetrated into people's daily life.As the extension of the position service in the indoor environment,the indoor position service makes up for the shortage of the GPS position service and becomes the very hot research field nowadays.The core of indoor location service is the indoor positioning technology.In the many indoor positioning technologies,the indoor positioning technology based on WiFi and the indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth are the two most widely used technologies.The indoor positioning technology based WiFi has been very mature,and has many successful application cases.While the indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth is still in the initial stage,the existing researches mostly stays in the realization of the indoor location algorithm.Few people makes some proper improvement from the scientific point of view of the positioning algorithm or combines the theory research and application effectively.This paper mainly studies the indoor location service based on Bluetooth Beacon and smartphone,solves the problems existing in the indoor positioning technology based on Bluetooth and obtains some innovation results.The main work and innovation of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,with the problem of the traditional RSSI ranging method is not accurate,we propose a signal filtering technique based on Gaussian Distribution,and obtain a high precision ranging model.Then,based on the ranging model,we realize the multi-point localization algorithm.By fusing gait detection,kalman filter and other methods,we get the improved multi-point localization algorithm.Compared to the original algorithm,the average positioning error is reduced from 3 meters to about 1.5 meters.In addition,we realize a two-point localization algorithm for the indoor corridor,which can not use the multi-point localization algorithm.It eliminates the blind area of the application of the multi-point localization algorithm effectively.Secondly,by using NN algorithm,KNN algorithm and WKNN algorithm,we realize the position fingerprint localization algorithm.By comparing the experiments,we find that the WKNN algorithm has better positioning accuracy.In the traditional fingerprint matching process,it is necessary to traverse the whole fingerprint database.This approach results in a larger amount of computation and longer time when dealing with the problem of large-scale indoor scenes.To solve this problem,we put forward a new matching scheme,which can effectively shorten the time of fingerprint matching while guaranteeing the positioning precision.Thirdly,on the basis of the above theoretical research,we put the positioning algorithm into practice and solved some location-related issues.We developed a lightweight map frame SvgMap,and proposed a location-based information push scheme.Then,by combining these application-level research results with the positioning algorithm,we realized a complete indoor position service system.As a solution of indoor location service based on Bluetooth beacon and smartphone,this system has the characteristics of low cost,low power consumption,mass and popularization,and provides a new idea for the research of indoor location service.
