Fieldbus technology has been widely used in the field of industrial control.But a lot of inconvenience is brought to users for the coexistence and competition of a variety of fieldbus standards.In view of the inconvenience,this paper proposes a model of fieldbus protocol conversion gateway based on embedded Middleware.This protocol conversion gateway is based on CAN,Modbus,TCP/IP protocols.This paper firstly analyzes these three protocols and Middleware technologies.Based on these research,the hardware platform of the embedded protocol conversion gateway is designed.In the hardware component,Samsung’s S3C2440 is used as the core,with the external-increasing-part RS232 serial port,DM9000 A Ethernet controller,and MCP2515 CAN bus controller,constituting the embedded protocol conversion gateway hardware platform.In software design,this paper mainly transplants and builds the embedded software platform,with the deep study in transplant of Bootloader、Linux、and root file system.Based on the software platform,the driver of CAN controller is developed,this paper also studies the software designing principle of the embedded protocol conversion gateway,puts forward a method to understand the packet switching protocol and the protocol conversion software based on the Middleware.Technology designs the overall structure and function module of the Middleware and designs each functional module in detail.This paper basically achieved the required functions.In order to solve the problem of real-time communication,this paper also focuses on the fuzzy congestion control algorithm based on queue.In this paper,the idea of using fuzzy congestion control algorithm to solve the traffic control of the embedded protocol conversion gateway buffer is proposed.At the end of this paper,the application of the protocol conversion gateway in the control of calcium carbide furnace is introduced. |
