Keyboard Feel And Electronic Properties Testing System

As a convenient,fast and practical manual input device, the keyboard has been widely used as input tools of typewriters and computers . People can easily input various commands,data through the keyboard to achieve smooth communication between people and machines.In the Internet era,by tapping the keyboard to communicate with people around the world has become an indispensable part of life.The design of the keyboard is constantly moving forward since the date of the keyboard birth.In this paper,we focus on the problem of the production line for the keyboard test.In the case of the keyboard test requirements analysis ,with the other units on the basis of mechanical hardware design,this paper design a system which include the hardware and software systems and describe in detail.About the hardware,we implement the design and testing by selecting appropriate devices and components,which include the FPGA data processing module,the STM32 controller module,the W5100 network interface module,the encoder interface modules,the power module as well as mechanical console communication module design.The other part is the software design,which express with a software design chat and a PC program design chat.This part include communication data transfer protocol design,data collection module and data transmission module programming and PC programs.After the completion of the design and implementation of hardware and software,concerned the actual environment we continue to test the system and analyze the results on the whole keyboard system,which contains the system function module test,the overall test accuracy of the test data and a keyboard test system(buttons insulation resistance,accuracy key,the keyboard keys feel the LED characteristics and other information to correctly reflect the system were tested to a laptop keyboard as a test subject ,by the host computer for data collection and hand painted test curve).Finally,we connect the hardware and the software to test the whole keyboard test system.Then we use a computer as the test subject for data collection and paint the hand feelings test curve.At last,through the analyze of each part of the system ,we ensure the entire system can work stable,at the meantime,we carefully analyze the problems we met as a reference for the future study about the keyboard test.
