Rapid development of network information technology and intelligent terminals makes the rapid increase in Internet penetration. Internet platform change the organization of the network collective behavior , and also make the network collective behavior become more complex. So the research of evolution and measure of network collective behavior has important significance.Firstly,this paper proposed network collective behavior research framework based on social computing by defining the concept of network collective behavior. The concept of network collective behavior is the Internet users generate collective behavior which is spontaneous, unpredictable, no organization, no rule and based on common interests or emotions.Secondly, this paper constructed the network structure between agents based on complex social network theory. And it set agent attributes and Interaction rules of ideas and emotions between agents based on Limited trust model and the emotional impact model .Use NetLogo simulation platform and multi-body simulation method, and construction simulation model of evolution of the network collective behavior for simulating the evolution of the network collective behavior.Again, this paper describes perception premise and dimensionality of the network collective behavior, and uses social network analysis methods measure the opinion leaders—agent of the network collective behavior, and "Qingdao shrimp price" event as an example case analysis. Then, author propose measurement of evolution of the network collective behavior model based on information entropy theory, including users' opinion and emotional tendencies two heterogeneous information entropy. Use of measure of evolution model for computing entropy in the simulation of evolution. Comparative and analysis the variation of entropy for achieving constantly measure of different stages of the network collective behavior.Finally, the author change some parameters which include the speed of government intervention,credibility,the amount of public,information transparency of information and guidance and supervision and so on for observe their impact on the evolution of the network collective behavior. And combine with results of the simulation analysis, propose intervention measures and suggestions for network collective behavior.Through this study can understand the concept and content of network collective behavior, laws of evolution and measurement, provide a reference for scientific intervention network collective behavior.
