The Design And Implementation Of Gansu Mobile CRM System Based On Android Platform

In recent years,with the rapid rise of mobile Internet and the great progress of information technology,the popularity of smart m obile phone higher and higher,the application software which based on intelligent mobile phone operating system has been rapid development,the advantages of lightweight portable quickly into people's daily life and work in all aspects.Under this background,Gansu mobile internal operating personnel on the CRM(Customer Relationship Managem ent,Customer Relationship Managem ent system)the demand for mobile marketing has become increasingly intense,such as business sales in order to alleviate the problem of queuing customers need for mobile marketing,as well as the need for the campus of university enroll site m arketing,while the traditional com puter version of the CRM system for mobility insufficient,cannot meet the above requirements,in order to solve this problem,the com bination of m obile Internet technology,this paper designs and implements a mobile phone version of the CRM system based on Android platform,to meet the needs o f mobile marketing sa les,improve business process efficiency and employee satisfaction.In this paper,use the design m ethod of so ftware engineering,firstly analyses the requirements for m obile phone version of Ga nsu mobile CRM system,puts forward the system to support the six busin esses: business queries,busin ess management,accounts,4G card,acceptance,acceptance and prom otional activities,and the demand of decomposition.Secondly The structure of the m obile phone version of the CRM system are designed,and using MVC(Model View Controller,m odel view controller)design pa ttern,the system is divided into presentation laye r,business logic layer,communi cation layer,data layer four layer structure,and the optim ization scheme of database conceptual m odel and the performance of system design.Next the functio n modules of the system were devised,and each functional module of the detailed design and implementation,including the function of the module process d esign,data req uest interface design,m odule design,interface design class diagram,etc.Finally,the function and pe rformance of the syste m are teste d in two aspects.The test results s how that each functional m odule is running well and the performance is up to standard.In this paper,through the overall planning and design for the mobile phone version of the CRM system,the success of the core function s of the computer version of CRM system migration to the mobile phone terminal,realize the demand of the mobile office;multiplex PC end of existing business logic and core data laye r,reduce the project cost;service interface to encapsulate the existing com puter version of the system,reducing the threshold of development so,the application developm ent cycle is greatly reduced,reducing the development workload,but also ensure the co nsistency of the mobile phone business version and the version of the CRM computer system.In summary,in this paper,the design and implementation of the mobile phone version of the CRM system has the characteristics of high efficiency,mobility,convenience,safety,and controllable flow,can effectively solve the curr ent shortage of m obile marketing,help the salesperson to carry out the business activities,improve business efficiency,and ensure the efficient operation of enterprises.
