The current development of the domestic video surveillance system and the ever-changing changes in high-tech technology,are required in the power plant video surveillance system design and research to a new height.The new era calls for new technology,power plant video surveillance system design will usher in a new change,video surveillance system can not only complete the daily monitoring function to protect the safety of production and life,and with the application of artificial intelligence technology,video surveillance system Can be intelligent,with face recognition,target intrusion,fire detection,traffic statistics,cross-border detection,voice recognition and speech synthesis and other new features.When an exception occurs,you can locate and lock the target,to achieve intelligent alarm,automatic control and so on.I have not only studied the domestic and foreign video surveillance system design methods,and seriously studied the current advanced video surveillance system of new theories and new technologies,contact the current power plant video surveillance system design is relatively backward,so it is necessary to power plant Video surveillance system for design.In the context of the Internet + and the era of artificial intelligence,the writing of the text will keep up with the trend of the times,making the power plant in operation and management more secure,more reliable,more stable and more intelligent.This paper first analyzes the development of video surveillance system at home and abroad and the significance and purpose of researching video surveillance system.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the demand of power plant video surveillance system,a general design scheme of power plant video surveillance is proposed,including front end design and master control center design.Thirdly,it elaborates the technical methods of realizing the design scheme of the video monitoring system,Such as voice recognition and speech synthesis,Internet of things,hard disk video(DVR),video encoder(DVS),network camera(IPC),high-definition monitoring(HD),video analysis(VCA)and so on.Finally,the first detailed description of the video monitoring system to achieve the function,and then use VS2010 equipped with OpenCV2.4.9 software as a video image simulation platform,the preparation of the corresponding code procedures,call the inside of the algorithm function of one of the abnormal circumstances,The simulation results show that the reliability and accuracy of OpenCV based on image processing are also demonstrated,and the rationality and feasibility of the proposed design scheme are also verified by analyzing the simulation results.
