| Water level information is one of the most important hydrological data in the process of reservoir management.With the development of science and technology and economy,more and more attention has been paid to the safe utilization and optimal management of water resources,and the automatic detection technology of water level has become the demand of the society.At present,the traditional water level detection are:(1)artificial visual gauge reading.This method is very subjective,and energy consumption,if extreme weather,the observer’s personal safety can not be guaranteed.(2)the use of water level meter to collect water level information.Such as bubble water level gauge,pressure level meter,radar water level meter and so on.In the process of obtaining water level,the water level meter needs to be equipped with special water level information acquisition equipment,which is difficult to invest and maintain.The non-contact water level detection system based on digital image processing technology has been paid more and more attention because of its stability,reliability and real-time performance.Therefore,the non-contact water level monitoring system based on the reservoir monitoring camera is a very valuable research topic,which is of great significance to the automatic management of the reservoir.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the structure of the water level remote monitoring system based on binary coded water ruler and digital image is designed.The system consists of two subsystem,namely,the reservoir water level monitoring subsystem and the reservoir gate control subsystem,and introduces the components of the subsystem in detail.Aiming at the reservoir water level monitoring subsystem,this paper designs a binary coded water ruler,and establishes the watermark recognition algorithm of binary coded water ruler.The recognition algorithm adopts modular idea,which mainly includes the water gauge line extraction module,gauge range information acquisition module,the water level value of the real-time calculation module.Secondly,the binary coded water ruler line extraction and character segmentation scheme is designed.First,through the video surveillance camera to capture water level image data of the binary coded water ruler containing water level information,and the image data is transmitted to the PC,and then in the PC using digital image processing technology for the water ruler image of the key pixel interception,Radon transform algorithm tilt calibration,the left and right and the upper and lower edges to determine the steps to achieve the water gauge line extraction,and finally according to the corresponding relationship between the coordinates of the first binary coded character segmentation to achieve characterization of range gauge.Then,a method of the water level recognition of binary coded water ruler based on Hopfield neural network is established.First,by using the associative memory function of the discrete Hopfield neural network,the incomplete,deformation and noise-containing binary coded character correction is realized.Then,after the modified binary coded characters,the character recognition algorithm is used to realize the character recognition.According to the correspondence between the binary coded characters and the decimal numbers,the range information of the ruler is obtained.Finally,based on the mathematical relationship between the scale line and the span of the water gauge,the real-time solution of the water level is realized.Finally,the structure of reservoir gate control subsystem is analyzed,and the human-computer interaction interface of water level remote monitoring system is designed.Aiming at the control system of reservoir gate,this paper adopts PLC-converter technique to realize the lifting control of reservoir gate.In this paper,the design of the interface of the water level remote monitoring system is realized by using the Lab VIEW software platform.Real-time watermark image is extracted and the area of interest of the watermark image is extracted.Combined with the idea of water level recognition in this paper,real-time solution of water level is realized.Through the corresponding simulation experiments,it is proved that the research ideas of this paper are desirable. |
