This thesis was based on the on-line operation of electricity information acquisition system ofHebei Electric Power Company in 2011.Automatic detection and monitoring of power abnormalities were further developed by the problems encounteredin the process of the information collection system of Hebei Electric Power Company.Automatic detection and monitoring system for power abnormalities was based onelectricity information acquisition system to realize the real-time monitoring of electricity anomalies,accurate analysis and the implementation of distribution.The design principles and ideas of the automatic detection and monitoring system for power abnormalities were analyzed.The software and hardware of the system were deeply researched.Finally,the automatic detection and monitoring system for power abnormalitieswere presentedand expounded successfully.A detailed study on the judgment rules of automatic detection and monitoring system for power abnormalities was proposedin this paper.The function,database and the page were designed by making corresponding measures and implementing plan for about one year.The automatic detection and monitoring system for power abnormalitieswere achieved by using the basic data of electricity information acquisition systemfinally.The discovery and processing efficiency of abnormal ddbing device were greatly improved,saving manpower and material resources effectively.
