In the process of developing smart grid,environmental pressure is increasing,and energy conservation and emission reduction has become the urgent needs of dealin g with the global energy crisis and climate change.Therefore,the design of the smart grid policy simulation system under the carbon emission reduction has important practical significance.Based on Python programming platform,the paper turned the GridView from the traditional client / server(7)C /(8)S structure into the browser / server(B/S)structure.It implemented remote operation of the GridView through the browser,which provided users with cloud services and realizes the knowledge sharing between users.The paper used existing resources to complete the development of B/S structure platform,and applied to the smart grid policy simulation system under the carbon emission.The paper takes IEEE RTS-25 node system as a demonstration case to calculate carbon emission reduction and get policy combination of different targets taking into account the subsidies for wind power,carbon tax,and electricity price of thermal power.The main work of this paper shows in the following specifically:1.Set up a B/S structure platform of the GridView,and transformed traditional C/S structure of the GridView to B/S structure,providing power system users with cloud services.The operation of the platform is easy and flexible for no need to run or modify background programs.Users can simulate a specific grid system through a web page.They,who have got the permissions,can upload their own simulation model and download other users' as a reference,so as to realize the knowledge sharing between users;2.Using the Python language implemented the united simulation of the GridView and MATLAB.With the aid of MATLAB powerful modeling function,the platform expands the application of the GridView,which can solve more complicated power system problems;3.The B/S structure platform based on the GridView applied for smart grid policy simulation system under carbon emission reduction,and realized various function of policy simulation;4.This article took the IEEE RTS-25 node system as a demonstration to verify the strong smart grid simulation analysis system.
