With the rapid development of Smart Grid,the number of power equipment is increasing and the structure of the System is becoming more and more complex.Any link failure will have a significant impact.But in the current power system remote fault diagnosis system,the problem of audio and video are not synchronized affected the diagnostic process and diagnostic results seriously.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the audio and video synchronization problem.Based on the study of multimedia synchronization technology and video coding standards,a new H.264-based audio embedded video synchronization scheme is proposed.Then the remote fault diagnosis prototype system of power system is designed and realized.The content of this paper includes the following aspects:1.Research various key technologies of multimedia synchronization.Then analysis and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,finally detemine the synchronization technology in this paper is audio embedded video technology.2.Research audio and video coding technology.The H.264 standard is studied,the process and implementation of H.264 are analyzed in detail and the encoding method of H.264 is mastered.3.Propose a new H.264-based audio embedded video synchronization scheme.In this scheme,the 4D matrix is used to encode the audio and video data,which solves the accurate representation of the correlation between RGB components and improves the compression performance.The formula of 4D matrix discrete cosine transform is deduced to realize the reversibility of encoding and decoding process.After comparing three kinds of audio embedded video coding schemes,the scheme based on 1/4 precision motion estimation is chosen as the audio embedded scheme in this paper.4.Design and implement the prototype system of power system remote fault diagnosis.At the end of this paper,the performance test results of the prototype system of power system remote fault diagnosis verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheme of audio and video synchronization.
