With the rise of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and Internet of things, the rapid development of integrated circuit industry, portable electronic products in electronic products occupy an increasingly important position, along with the electronic products on the voltage and power requirements More demanding,so low-voltage low-power analog circuits become the mainstream of today's analog circuit design. As the operational transconductance amplifier in the most widely used in analog circuits, this paper on the domestic and international low-voltage low-power transconductance operational amplifier to do a detailed investigation and research, analysis of a variety of transconductance op amp work principle and advantages and disadvantages, and On this basis, the research and design, the main work of this paper includes:(1)A low-voltage micro-power dual-ended output transconductance amplifier is designed for the problem of reducing the dynamic range of the signal due to the decrease of the power supply voltage in the low-voltage low-power analog circuit.By introducing the substrate input technology and the pseudo-Structure,to increase the input and output swing.Spectrum simulation shows that the OTA input common mode range is 0.025V?0.475V at 0.5V,the output swing is 0.06V?0.455V,the open loop gain is 42dB,the power consumption is only 0.79uW.(2)A new type of low-voltage low-power high common-mode rejection ratio single-ended output transconductance amplifier is designed for low-voltage and low-power analog circuits. The common mode noise is not high and the gain is not high.First,by introducing the inverter as the input stage, increase the input transconductance gain without increasing the current;second, use the normal bias technique to reduce the threshold voltage of the MOS transistor so that it is suitable for low voltage input and use the common mode Feedforward circuit and self-bias current mirror to improve the common mode rejection ratio. It is verified by Specter simulation that the open-loop gain of the OTA is 51.8dB at 0.5V,the phase margin is 70°,the unit gain bandwidth is 18.6MHz,the power supply rejection ratio is 107dB,the common mode rejection ratio is 135dB,the power consumption is 3uW.(3)the design of the two OTA according to the layout design rules, the layout design. And according to the study of low-order filter circuit, the two OTA were applied to RC filter and OTA-C filter, the Specter simulation verification, performance meet the design requirements.
