In the compression type IGBT series connection circuit,the key difficult problems in current stages are to explore the voltage balance measure which has strong generality,simple operation and a better voltage balance effect,and to design the drive isolation power supply which has higher isolation voltage.This thesis systematically study the technology of compression type IGBT series connection with the method of the theoretical analysis,numerical computation and experimental study.The main works are as below.1.With the IGBT series connection simulation circuit,which is built by Saber software,and theoretical analysis,the influence of gate drive resistance and gate driving signals on the voltage balance of IGBT series connection circuit are sysmatically studied.And the relationship between gate drive resistance,gate driving signal and collector-emitter voltage are revealed at the IGBT turn-on and turn-off stage.2.Currently,reference voltage waveform of the active voltage control method is difficult to generated,which has poor universality.Aiming at this problem,an adaptive voltage balance method,which automatically generates a reference voltage waveform,is presented.On the basis of work 1,using Saber software to build the adaptive voltage balance circuit,and the simulation results show that the adaptive voltage balance method has a good effect on voltage balance.3.A drive isolated power supply,which has a 20 k V isolation voltage level,is designed.A more comprehensive design method is explored for the multiple parameters of the drive isolated power supply.And preliminary experimental verification of the drive isolation power supply is carried out.The test results show that the drive isolated power supply meets the needs of IGBT series circuit in 20 kV voltage level.4.The test of the 10 k V compression type IGBT series converter valve which applies to the adaptive voltage-sharing circuit and the driving power supply,is carried out.And the test results show that the adaptive voltage balance circuit has a good voltage balance effect and the drive power supply can ensure the reliable operation of the IGBT series connection converter valve.
