Research On The Euler Amplification Of Infrared Video

Euler video amplification technology is a kind of video processing technology which was developed in recent years.It uses the computer vision method to enlarge the micro changes in the video,and to help people to study this micro changes.It was used in the field of engineering safety monitoring,medical diagnosis,national defense and other fields.However,there were little researches on micro motion amplification in infrared imaging,and was focused on the visible light imaging.The infrared image could capture the images at night,fog and other inclement weather,and was independent on the external illumination conditions.The infrared thermal imaging could be used in medical,security monitoring,national defense and other fields because of the particularity of the imaging principle.So,this paper will apply the Euler video amplification technology to the micro motion amplification in the infrared thermal imaging video.Firstly,according to the charactcristics of infrared thermal image,the contrast Pyramid algorithm was used as multi resolution decomposition algorithm for infrared thermal imaging.Secondly,the three-dimensional block matching filtering algorithm was introduced into the infrared image denoising processing to improve the video quality of infrared thermal imaging and the effect of magnification and video amplification.Finally,the improved Euler video amplification technique successfully amplified the small deformation of the human face and the micro relief movement caused by respiration in video image.The experimental results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the improved Euler video amplification technology in the infrared thermal imaging video.
