With the rapid development of digital images,images and video have become an intuitive way for humans to understand the nature of things.The research of micro motion amplification based on video sequences has laid a theoretical foundation for analyzing and processing the time changing process and trend of visual data.The reason why small motion magnification is concerned is that the study of it can have a deeper understanding of the nature of many things.This paper focuses on Eulerian Video Magnification and Phase Based Video Motion Processing.In the light of the principle of Eulerian Video Magnification,the optimization of each parameter in the process of video amplification is studied.To enhance the blood movement and extract the heart rate as an example,we analyze the working parameters of Pyramid series and magnification,and how to simplify the computation through a single color channel.We explored how to use the Eulerian Video Magnification to detect limb ischemia in detail.In the experiment,we used the control variable method to simulate limb ischemia and amplify blood movement,observe the curve change rule of image intensity,and screen whether we have limb ischemia.Finally,we use the Phase Based Video Motion Processing to process the videos of the same individuals with different intraocular pressure,explore the internal relationship of different intraocular pressure,and try to find a new way to detect high intraocular pressure diseases through this relationship.
