The overload capacity of the aircraft is an important parameter to measure the maneuverability of the aircraft.It is necessary to measure the overload parameters of the aircraft through the overload sensor.Therefore,the overload sensor design in aircraft airborne test has an important significance.While the general overload sensor is in analog form of the signal output,not only the transmission stability is poor,but also has the disadvantages of poor anti-interference,inconvenient operation and other issues.For this reason,this paper presents a new type of overload sensor,which can realize the output in the form of digital signal.In this paper,the design of the digital overload sensor based on serial interface take the acceleration sensor as foundation,a capacitive accelerometer based on MEMS technology was choosed to realize the high precision acquisition of the overload signal.In order to complete the digital output of the acquisition signal,the microprocessor is added,and the internal analog-digital conversion module was used to realize analog to digital conversion of the analog signal.RS-485 communication bus was adopted to realize the uploading of digital signal.Through the hardware circuit design and the software logic control of the sensor,the acquisition of overload parameters and the output of digital signals have been realized successfully.Considering the particularity of the sensor working environment,the modular design concept was adopted and the intelligent micro processing control was added to increase the reliability of the function realization of the sensor,which can realize 12 bit precision analog to digital conversion,and using standardized digital interface to complete the signal digital output.Finally,through the performance test of the sensor,its full-scale accuracy is less than 1%.Through a lot of experiments,it was proved that the sensor can meet the designed requirements in terms of reliability and integrity of performance.The digital overload sensor designed in this paper has the advantage of high sensitivity acquisition,strong anti-interference ability,which also has the simple structure,stable test performance.It can successfully meet the task requirements,which has an important research significance and application value.
