A Discourse Analysis On The Cross-body Coverage Of “Xiake Island”

In the new media era,the ecological environment of media is undergoing vast change.Traditional mainstream media in the new media ecological environment encountered a great challenge,and the influence and credibility of its dissemination gradually replaced by new media.Therefore,for reshaping the discourse power of traditional mainstream media,and recapturing the influence and credibility of mainstream media,we must enhance the mainstream media's own transmission.“Knight Island” is the reform achievement of the mainstream media in this changing ecological.It is a WeChat public of the People's Daily Overseas Edition on the mobile client.It is important that the core idea of the editorial department is to adhere to the hottest times of popularization and interpretation,to adhere to collision and spread the sharp thinking and view,and to adhere to converse the discourse system.Because of its unique discourse system,its communication ability and influence has greatly improved than the traditional mainstream media.During a short monument,it harvested millions of fans.Therefore,it is very meaningful to analyze the cross story of "Xiake Island".In this paper,the main research method is the critical discourse analysis,and the most important theoretical basis and the most important methodological source of the critical discourse analysis are Halliday's systematic functional grammar.Halliday believes that the language has three major philosophical functions,namely,conceptual function,interpersonal function and discourse function.Therefore,the main research theories of this article are the three functional theory of Halliday.The prominent feature of “Xiake Island” is the transformation of its discourse system.Meanwhile its discourse system conversion reflected in the language features and language structure.Therefore,the object of this paper is the discourse of “Xiake Island” cross-body coverage.The main research question of the paper is what the characteristics of the language in the “Xiake Island” cross-story are,and what the novelties of the language structure are,and how the status between the communicator and the audience in the process of communication are.The research result of this paper: the discourse features of the “Xiake Island” cross-body coverage are as follows: First,the communicator using the poetry,the idioms,the famous aphorisms,the network buzzwords and the spoken language with messenger folder,made the cross-body language lively,novel,vivid and witty and funny.Second,the communicator used a lot of non-moving voice,statements and questions,and a large number of the leaders spoken of the party and state,national policies and laws and regulations,which were intertextuality,to enhance the clarity of discourse.And the communicator desired to interact equally and cause emotional resonance with the audience,which could highlight its new media authority.Third,the discourse structure of the “Xiake Island” cross-body coverage was non-stylized.The simple dominance of the discourse is more than the multiple themes,but the main topic is the simple topic.In order to make semantic coherence,it is usually used to omit the main words or simplify the main words to express the meaning of the author.The author mixture with four kinds of information structures in the discourse,and the discourse structure is complex and changeable,which made its structure flexibility and non-stylized.
