The growing number of car ownership leads to the seriously shortage of parking place.There is no doubt that a traditional parking lot which is larger in area commonly will make the large and medium-sized cities of the very tense construction lands overwhelm,where causes the chaos phenomenon of serious traffic jams and nowhere to park finally.In order to relieve these phenomena,automatic and multi-layered parking space was gradually developed and put into use in recent years,but in practical application,the overall service efficiency of it is very lower,and customers access cars with a long waiting time,these are mainly affected by the parking space allocation and scheduling strategy for ins and outs.Therefore,the article based on the present situation put parking space allocation and scheduling strategy of roadway plane portable multi-layered parking space as the key research,in order to provid a reference for practical garage scheduling.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Consulting the related literatures at home and abroad and combining with the problems existing in the development of multi-layered parking space,parking space allocation and scheduling optimization for ins and outs were put into two major research contents.(2)In the section,the structure composition,classification,inbound and outbound operation process of roadway plane portable multi-layered parking space were carefully introduced.(3)The multi-objective optimization model was established with inbound parking shortest distance away from the entrance and parking minimum when roadway plane portable multi-layered parking space with elevator and conveyors was distributed the parking space allocation,single genetic algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm and the hybrid genetic algorithm were used to solve the optimization model,the results showed that the hybrid genetic algorithm had the faster convergence rate and the higher efficiency,and also could effectively shorten the storage distance and reduce the parking centre of gravity,comparedto genetic and simulated annealing algorithms.(4)The vehicle owners and vehicle arrival time in a working day during8:00-11:00 were statisticed based on a large roadway portable multi-layered parking space,it was concluded that the access efficiency of the garage was very lower and the customer needed to wait for a long time,combined with the queuing theory knowledge to analyse.Therefore,two scheduling strategies with joint access and in situ waiting were put forward which depended on the characteristic of roadway plane portable multi-layered parking space and the stop position of ertical lift and small carriers when they did not work,the mathematical models were eblished with the shortest total scheduling time,and also were used HGA algorithm to solve the model,it concluded that the strategy of joint access could effectively shorten the total time of access storage by comparing the total time of two scheduling strategies under different operating conditions.(5)The garage management system was designed by using VBA as the programming language,ACCESS2013 as a development platform.This system can query and manage the information of cars,customer,payments,empty parking lots and access storage times.It can master the operation storage and provide a good management decision for the storage by analyzing the system data.
