With rapid development of market economy,people's living quality has been improved gradually,supermarkets and shopping malls are developing in the trend of "larger scale,richer products,more diversified activities".However,with the promotion of the hardware foundation such as commodities,the traditional way is still being used in the shopping guide and publicity and other software services,such as classification cards,road signs and posters.In the reason that the classification cards and guide signs can not indicate the location of a specific commodity accurately,and the poster can not push the activities information quickly and accurately either,it will easily cause some issues for customers such as hard to find some goods,difficult to know promotional information and so on.Moreover,some area in supermarket is too crowd for best-selling products and other area is less to be accessed,which cause the waste of resources.These all factors affect the customer's shopping experience and supermarket sales profits.Based on indoor positioning technology,with the help of "Internet plus" wave in the era of highly developed informationization,researching and developing a shopping guide system is an effective method to solve the problem in large supermarket.Due to the small equipments,convenient layout,long life time,and high positioning accuracy,i Beacon technology is very suitable for the construction of indoor shopping guide system.The paper analyzes the needs of the shopping guide system,divides the system users into customers and administrators.The customers can realize the functions of positioning navigation,merchandise push and event introduction.The administrator can manage the information,such as goods,activities.It can automatically record the analysis.On this basis,the shopping guide system is divided into shopping malls navigation,shopping guide shopping,personal information management and background management of the four modules,through the use case diagram in the form of detailed analysis for the functional requirements of the module.Secondly,the application architecture design of the system is given.On the basis of the B/S architecture,the system is designed according to the classic MVC three-tier architecture.The mobile terminal serves as the client,and the server includes the shopping guide server and the mall server.The mobile terminal interacts with the i Beacon node arranged in the supermarket through Bluetooth,transfers the collected i Beacon node information to the shopping guide server,matches the fingerprint locationdatabase,and obtains the location and map information.Through the mobile phone acceleration and direction sensors,combined with the current location information,generate the customer's movement trajectory.At the same time with the mall server interaction,mobile terminal access to goods and activities and other information.The design of the database,the form of ER diagram,describes the customers,administrators,mobile terminals,i Beacon and merchandise activities and other information.Due to the large number of system data tables,select i Beacon equipment,users,goods and activities.Data sheet is described.Then,the design and implementation of the system modules,the use of timing diagram,flow chart,etc.,introduced the module implementation methods and modules,to achieve the system architecture.Finally,the system function and performance are tested.Through the module test,the system realizes the functions of positioning navigation,trajectory collection analysis,push collection of goods and activities,information management and so on,and achieves the intended purpose.After the realization of the shopping guide system,it has a docking with the supermarket.It has entered the testing stage,which has a good effect on customer service.This system has effectively solved the problems in the shopping and effectively,and also enhanced the "soft power" of the supermarket service,which can promote the transformation and upgrading of the marketing model.
