Guide and navigation of many large shopping malls are still stuck in the era of paper-basedmedia, appears to lack of intelligence, and even harder to provide enough detailedinformation. For the above, this article designed and developed a shopping guide platform systembased indoor positioning technology, relying on the actual shopping mall environment, based on cooperation projects in Shanghai during the internship period. The system usescovered mall Wi-Fi networks to achieve positioning, provides guide navigation servicesinside the mall and shopping for mobile users. The system includes a Java server and a Andrond client, using the covered mall Wi-Finetworks and Android-based asynchronous loading techniques to achieve indoorpositioning, and designs a loosely coupled system architecture, to achieve the basicfunctions of the mall shopping guide and navigation, with the independent design andimplementation of the fast response, low memory footprint asynchronous map component. In addition, the article also independently designs and implements a tree-version-numbersynchronization scheme, to achieve the problem of the low efficiency synchronizationbettewn the client and the server, which effectively improves the efficiency of datasynchronization, and achieves the component of dictionary retrieval list to optimize theuser experience. This article has been basically completed the system design and implementation, and havecarried out a pilot deployment, testing in the shopping malls, and achieved certainresults.
