Design And Implementation Of Tax Collection System For Tongliao Local Taxation Bureau

The development of information technology provides technical assurance for the informatization of tax affairs.Tax affairs systems established based on Internet makes paperless work possible for tax authorities.However,as time passes and the progress of technology,all these systems are faced with some problems and difficult to adapt to the development of the state and local taxation bureaus,all these management systems are needed to be upgraded to meet the requirements of management of tax affairs,and provide technical supports for standardization and optimization of the business process.In this thesis,on the basis of study of domestic and foreign tax administration system,combined with the actual development of the project,Tongliao Local Taxation Bureau of Tongliao Local Taxation Bureau tax collection system carried on the thorough research,put forward the solution,the research and design based on J2EE is adapted to the local tax collection management business tax collection and administration system,the system includes online registration management,tax management,tax history query,the amount of tax planning,tax reporting,condition monitoring and management,responsibility assignment management functions,realizes the online tax administration and tax reporting as the core of the main business.On the technical route,the system adopts B/S structure,using Tomcat as a Web server,database server use SQL Server2008,development language for the Java language.To the database using Hibernate encapsulate JDBC connection and operation technology to realize,so that the running speed of the Web server and database operation efficiency are improved.This topic research,on the whole,the land tax collection and management system to solve the actual problems existing in the work of taxation business,can make up for the insufficiency and flaw of traditional tax collection and administration system,in the case of meet the demand of target user expectations and tax informatization construction for the meager strength.
