Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Digital Integrated Management System

With the development of computer technology,the application and combination of the real estate management information system has become a trend.Digital management system for real estate can reconstruct the real estate enterprise management process,reduce the management work load,speed up the data processing and improve the quality of the information and staff work efficiency.So the digital management system can help real estate enterprises to reduce management costs and obtain higher benefits.The development and operation of real estate integrated information management system is imperative and necessary.The real estate integrated information management system can be divided into five modules.They are namely,real estate management,property registration,transaction registration,contract registration and system management.These five modules work together to realize the powerful function and integrity of the whole management system.Our system provides users with a digitalized platform of efficient management of real estate information,in which the users only need to do simple operations to manage complex commercial real estate transactions and in which way the work efficiency and management level can be enhanced.SQL Server 2005 database system is used in the process of development and design.This database system has the features of high security and stability and the software development employs the simple and flexible development language which is easy to edit and has high safety and many advantages.This paper tries to build a simple interface and clarifying modules which apply to users who have basic computer operation level.
