In recent years, pulsed power technology has a broad prospect in application and development. In pulsed power system, the pulse signal generally has some characteristics of high peak value, short rising and falling time, and a main pulse which is narrow but changes very rapidly. Corresponding to these,it is necessary for a pulse measurement system to equip with strong anti electromagnetic interference ability and wide bandwidth. However, the general pulsed measurement system will appear some problems such as slow response, narrow bandwidth, distorted output waveform and so on. Based on those, it is necessary to further study the strong pulse measurement system.Based on the principle of pulse signal voltage measurement and current measurement,a resistance divider and a Rogowski coil are developed in this paper.First of all,the resistance divider's and the Rogowski coil's measuring principle and performance are studied. It is found that the main factors that affect the performance of the resistance divider are the resistance value and the ground distributed capacitance, and that the self-integral Rogowski coil is more suitable for the pulse with rapid changes and narrow pulse width. In addition, the compensation method of resistance divider is studied, and the error analysis of Rogowski coil is taken.Secondly, the software simulation and circuit analysis of the resistance divider and the Rogowski coil are carried out, and the relevant structural parameters are designed. The real productions are made and applied to the actual measurement of the pulse signal. The test results show that the attenuation ratios of the resistance divider and the Rogowski coil are consistent with the theoretical value.Then, aiming at the distortion of the output waveform of the pulse measurement system, the difference equation method and the convolution method are used to do signal processing. In order to solve the phenomenon that deconvolution method is easy to appear morbid, the convolution method is improved and the improved convolution method is better for pulse signal processing. In terms of the error caused by the interference environment and the system itself, do further denoising for signal waveform with three methods. The denoising results show that variable mode decomposition method has a better denoising effect than wavelet method and Empirical mode decomposition method do.Finally, the developed pulse signal measurement system is applied to the test circuit of a short pulse generator, a medium pulse generator and a charging line pulse generator, and the signal processing is carried out. The obtained signal is basically consistent with the characteristic parameters of the pulse generator.
