| Tactile reproduction technology is an important component of human-computer interaction perception technology, which is an important direction of virtual reality technology. It is achieved by combining the device with the algorithm and the software to realize the perception of the virtual object in the virtual environment, thus realizing the reproduction of the tactile perception. The user can perceive to obtain a more realistic specific object characteristic. Compared with other technologies of virtual reality technology, tactile reproduction technology is more authenticity and accuracy. In this paper, we first analyze the vibration and tactile perception mechanism of human finger skin, and establish a simplified model of vibration tactile sense based on fingertip skin mechanical receptors. On the basis of this, the roughness reproduction platform based on combined vibration control is designed and the initial reproduction of fingertip touch is completed.Secondly, the research of surface tactile perception of objects mainly involves subjective evaluation and objective evaluation. Subjective evaluation is a psychological method to assess the tactile perception, the evaluation results are susceptible to a variety of factors, but with a strong convergence and consistency. Objective evaluation is through the instrument to objectively quantitative characterization of human skin perception of the surface of the relevant properties of objects. This paper is based on the skin vibration tactile model, through the instrument quantitative measurement of vertical and horizontal vibration of the vibration threshold to determine the combination of vibration control tactile reproduction device of the vibration stimulation mode. At the same time, the roughness of sandpaper is introduced as the reference standard to measure the vibration stimulation, and the finger sliding model based on sandpaper is established, and the vibration stimulation is sequenced. Finally, based on the results of psychophysical experiments, this paper introduces the Stevens power law for quantitative analysis and compares the results of physical measurement experiments to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the tactile reproduction device. |
