Internet of things is another revolution in the information industry,will have an important impact on people's production and life. Cloud computing frees people from the shackles of physical hardware and can flexibly allocate a variety of underlying resources. Through the sensor network, internet of things connected all things,which will produce a huge amount of information data and have a challenge on the existing technology.With the help of the cloud's ability to aggregate resources, if the huge amount of information data can be deposited into the cloud, the problem of the Internet of things in the storage of information data may be solved.Based on this, this paper presents a cloud-based database solution, which uses the powerful resources of the cloud , flexible configuration ,according to the actual needs of the dynamic adjustment of the database performance and capacity.The private cloud platform chose OpenStack as the solution.OpenStack is an open source cloud platform software,the various modules using loosely coupled,according to demand,the flexibility to choose the size of the deployment. About database selection, On the one hand,HBase with HDFS as a data storage system, can be a good support capacity expansion. HBase,on the other hand, is a NoSql database system that itself supports partitioning of tables for ease of distributed deployment.HBase data table running on the RegionServer nodes, which can adjust the number of RegionServer to adjust the load on a single RegionServer node on the 10 to adjust the read and write performance of the entire database system.In addition to OpenStack and HBase, the whole system has two important members, one is the distributed monitoring system Ganglia,the other is the entire system control center called monitoring processing center. Ganglia distributed deployment in the RegionServer each node,collectting of monitoring data, pushed to the monitoring and processing center. Monitoring processing center has three major functions, reading the monitoring data came from Ganglia, analsying of monitoring data and feedbacking entire system. By interacting with monitoring the processing center and OpenStack, complete the entire private cloud database platform dynamic scalability.The innovation of this paper is to combine the existing technologies such as cloud computing, database and so on. Through the monitoring,processing and feedback adjustment, the database system can automatically adjust the performance according to the demand. The system can maximize the reduction of resources and reduce labor costs.The system has a certain practical value.
