The development of broadband network technology makes the home network terminal showing a high degree of dispersion, large-scale,multi-species and so on. The traditional way of troubleshooting is costly and the timeliness is bad. If the remote centralized management of the home network terminal can be realized, it will greatly reduce the management costs of operators, improve the management efficiency. In the process of home network terminal development, DVB/OTT dual-mode terminal is a new type of terminal developed by Radio and television operators to meet the trend of triple-play. With the popularity of DVB/OTT terminal equipment, terminal scale will become increasingly large, the use of remote management approach is bound to cause high concurrency problems, if not effectively solve this type of high concurrency issues, the advantages of remote management will be significantly reduced.This topic mainly realizes the basic function of the terminal management system to the DVB/OTT terminal's remote management,and puts forward the solution to the high concurrency problem that the system may encounter. The ultimate goal of the project is to make the terminal management system in the context of basic remote management functions, to a certain extent, to deal with high concurrency issues. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this article introduces the TR069 protocol and its application background, thoroughly studied the related technology in TR069 protocol stack, and makes a research on the related technology.Secondly, combined with the needs of remote management, and the demand for the terminal management system is analyzed in detail,including functional requirements and performance requirements in two aspects. Besides, on the basis of the demand analysis, two system architecture schemes are proposed, and the two programs are compared and analyzed, and ultimately determine the suitable for the project.Then, the active and non-active configuration modes in the remote configuration are introduced in detail, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two configurations to determine which configuration method adopted in this topic. In addition, two online statistical algorithms are proposed in the real-time online module, and the two algorithms are described in detail. Besides, the solution and implementation details of the high concurrency problem are described. In this paper, the innovation of the research and implementation of the project is introduced in detail,and the innovation points are discussed.At last, the system is tested in detail, including the function test and performance test. It proves the correctness of the system function and the stability of performance, and achieves the expected effect.
