With the vigorous promotion of LTE commercialization,VoLTE has becomed more and more popular than before,as the ultimate solution for LTE voice.Whether the terminal chip can support VoLTE function steadily has been the key factor in the VoLTE development process.This thesis topic focuses on the design and implementation of VoLTE test function entities,in order to realize the VoLTE test functionality on the TD-LTE terminal application test set.It can be used in the development process by the chip manufacturers to test the UEs,protocol conformance of VoLTE and can promote the commercialization of VoLTE.The author has experienced all the project stages including the research of the solution,the writing of documents,design and implementation,test and verification.ect.Basing on this the thesis provides an implementation solution of the key function entities and has met the target of this topic.The contribution in this thesis benefits the development of LTE industry chain and the manufacturer to improve quality of their chips.Firstly,this thesis briefly introduces current development situation of VoLTE and function of TD-LTE terminal application test set,also presents the hardware and software architecture of the test set.Secondly,the thesis introduces the basis knowledge of VoLTE from two aspects:the VoLTE network architecture and the signal procedure of VoLTE service.According to the 3 GPP IMS test architecture,the theis provides the test solution based on the TD-LTE terminal test set and analyses the requirements of implementation for the main modules.Thirdly,the thesis designs the entire architecture and implementation procedures of three main modules:SIP adaptation module,IP handling module,configuration and management module.After the design and implementation,the thesis performs the unit test of each modules and intergration test to verify the correctness of all modules and the whole system.Finally,the thesis summarizes the whole work of this thesis,analyzes the deficiency of VoLTE test function and prospects the future of TD-LTE terminal test set with VoLTE test function..The result of this thesis has been applied into the TD-LTE terminal application test set successing to perform VoLTE protocol test of UE and the most VoLTE test cases which are supported by our tester have acquired GCF authentication.
