With rapid grovwth in the use of artificial nuclide,numerous radioactive aerosol particles are causing more and more serious harm to people's health.In this context,this article presents a control system for radioactive aerosol sampling and filter paper preparation prototype which as the subsystem of the atmospheric radioactive aerosol sampling and analysis system is used to complete the preparation function of filter paper after sampling.This article analyzes the mechanism of the sampling and filter paper preparation machine first,upon which the design of the control scheme and the selection of varied electronic devices and sensors are conducted.Secondly,using the LPC1788 as the core control unit of the control system to perform the design of the minimum system and hardware circuit of other functional modules.Again,it designs the software part of the control system,including the initialization of each peripheral module,work flow functions as well as the compile of control functions of motors.Also a special communication protocol is appointed to ensure the transmission between upper monitor and this system.Ultimately,the Matlab/Simulink is used to carry out control algorithm simulation of the monitor driven part of this control system and then the simulation waveform is analyzed.At the end of this article,the design process of the already completed sampling and filter paper preparation prototype and the whole control system are summarized from which the part needing to be improved and strengthened is put forward and the future development is prospected.
