With the rapid development of China’s nuclear technology, a few days ago,a variety of nuclear and radiation source and radiation equipment widely usedin industry and agriculture, which maked the economy of our country had beengreatly improved. But at the same time, the management of radioactive sourceshad brought lots of problems, which caused not small loss in spirit andeconomic to the government, enterprises and people of our country.Because of the sudden unpredictable characteristics of the nuclear andradioactive accidents along with nuclear and radioactive terror event, we mustto effectively supervise the possible occurrence of nuclear and radioactiveaccidents along with nuclear and radioactive terror event, ans also we must tomonitor the location and status of dangerous source in time. Radioactive sourcedynamic monitoring system for protection of radiation and nuclear safety ofdaily supervision and management is the important means, and also was theimportant technical support.for the nuclear and radioactive accidents alongwith nuclear and radioactive terror event.The research and design of a radioactive source dynamic trackingmanagement plan, developed a software of radioactive source informationmanagement system for the radioactive source, which provide a good help forthe relevant departments to quickly access to, storage, analysis, gradingmanage the radioactive source information. In this scheme, the software ofradioactive source information management used the C/S and B/S mixedstructure. With the C/S framework the unit which used the source couldeffectively administrate the radioactive sources in time; with the B/Sframework the supervisory department can effectively query and understand information of the radioactive source. The C/S part of software was composedof a radioactive source information management, management of administrator,monitoring equipment management, enterprise information management andstrategic information management as five subsystems; the B/S part of therealized the query function of radioactive source information, monitoringequipment etc. The system function was more comprehensive, and systemstructure design is more reasonable, which not only let involving source unit tosource information can perform to add, query, modify in time, and also let theradioactive source regulators can query to the radiation source information,make it can effectively control areas of the radioactive source. From the abovetwo levels, the design of system can bring and obtain certain benefits forsociety.
