Economy development rapidly in the world today and the competition between the enterprises are becoming more and more intense,telemarketing has become an effective mean to improve enterprise competitiveness. Call center plays a very important role in establishing customer relationships, standardzing service process, assessing employee performance, enhancing corporate image and so on. Therefore, more and more enterprises deploy their own call center system. In the decades, the business requirements of enterprise become more and more complex, as a result, the needs of front-end interface have been increased to build a perfect enterprise system, which will bring lots of time and labor costs.The enterprise configuration system provides a visualization platform,which can configure simple pages quickly.This paper introduces the project-relevant background first, to lay a solid foundation for the later tasks. Then, in the requirements analysis and preliminary design part, the topic is devided into querier, menu, role,coding-information modules. On the basis of requirements analysis and preliminary design, I design the system in detail and implement it. After the completion of system development, I made a system related tests, to ensure the system can operate normally.At last, I summarize my work in the topic development process and offered a proposal for the system improvement further.
