With the rapid development of science and technology,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Call center can help enterprises to better communicate with customers,access to the first hand of the market information and customer service feedback.In recent years,with the development of computer communication technology,Internet technology,cloud computing and other related technologies,call center has also been more and more enterprises favor.An excellent call center management system,can enhance the operational capability of call center,help enterprises more reasonable allocation of resources and human resources call for enterprises to create more profits.This paper first briefly introduces the background of the topic,the four stages of the development of call center.Then it introduces the key technologies used in the development of call center service management system,including:AJAX technology,Extjs framework,MVC mode,HTML technology,SSI framework,etc..In depth research and analysis of the actual demand of node management,equipment management,team management,staff management,project management and other modules.Combined with the non functional requirements in aesthetics,safety,maintenance and performance,this paper proposes a call center business management system based on B/S framework,design database and business logic processing according to the actual demand.The browser and server core design and process design of corp management,team management,staff management,task management and number file management module are mainly introduced.After introduction to system design and implementation,the paperdescribes the system testing process by the examples of agent information management module.System testing further ensures software quality.At the end of this paper,the design and implementation of the system and the problems in the learning process are summarized.The future function of the system is further studied,and a new research direction is proposed.
