Load walking is a common thing in daily life for Human being, At present, the main way of people is divided into the following three categories: shoulder bag, backpack,shoulder bag, hand bag. The Human body who was under the larger load in a long time,will produce different levels of fatigue to the related muscles, and these effects would further cause muscle damage. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the related muscle fatigue under different loading ways . As a noninvasive, safe and real-time measurement method, the surface EMG is widely used in the detection of muscle electrical signals. In this paper, we study the surface EMG signal when people walking with loading in the different ways.We will use the NORAXON EMG acquisition system to test the EMG signals of normal Adults in different loading ways o, muscles include shoulder and waist muscles, the reference research results before,it suggest that the load proportion of man is 12% of their body weight,woman is 8% of their body weight,also in order to ensure the rationality and regularity of muscle fatigue,the pace of load test is 4.5km/h. The test muscle respectively is deltoid, trapezius, rhomboideus major, supraspinatus muscle, latissimus dorsi ,central erector spinae, lower erector spinae. Asked the subjects walk on the treadmill at the same pace and the same loading for 30min when the slope is 0; The surface EMG signal are collected each 10min.,subjects were combined with their own subjective feelings at the same time;these records is 5min when the slope is 20. The average EMG (AEMG) and the average power frequency (MPF) of the EMG signal are extracted from the data collected,and the standard treatment of the eigenvalues is obtained by using SPSS The difference between men and women and the symmetry of the left and right are analyzed through the characteristic values. The functional state of the muscle, the size of the force and the fatigue state are analyzed.Through the collection and analysis of surface EMG signal of related muscles when people walking in same speeds with load under differeft slope,we find that there are difference between men and women in the back muscles,while there is about a symmetry.All these result can be used to provide reasonable advice for different situations when load walking,and provide design recommendations for special circumstances when walking backpack is designed to.
