Research Objectives:With the time development, sports, one of the most basic human activities, have more and more impact on human. Sports training also along with the progress of the time and science and technology are becoming more and more scientific and digital. In order to obtain better sports training effect, scientists from different countries have done the corresponding research on all aspects of sports training. Muscles, as the most important participants, get more attention in the process of sports training. Limb muscles are most commonly used in the exercise. MMG is sound waves produced in the process of skeletal muscle contraction and mechanical vibration. This vibration spread out through the skin medium, and the vibration signal contains the muscle activity status information in the process of muscle contraction. So the paper study the acoustic signal of biceps and gastronomies,, and tried to find out the relationship between fatigue load and muscle strength, and the characteristic parameters of the threshold in fatigue, so as to better guide sports training.The research content:10healthy male college students do load station appearance lift heel fatigue test and static contraction experiment under different load (0pounds,10pounds... maximum load).By applying L-Z complexity, it realized to analysis acoustic signal in the process of muscle fatigue test, and to, analysis relationship between load and strength by applying wavelet packet weighted.Results:In the load station appearance lift heel sports, the acoustic signal L-Z complexity of gastronomies muscle increase gradually in previous, reduce the middle and later complexity decrease rapidly. It more directly shows the information of muscle fiber kinds of rising in the process of lift heel.In the process of static contraction under different load, by applying wavelet packet weighted, it makes the signal frequency band responding muscle strength more prominent, and muscle strength figure after calculation response the load better after reconstruction. Muscle acoustic signals at the different load strength are got on different load static load, and muscle strength with load keep basically linear relation between them after the fitting. To analysis strength of one dynamic load bending, muscle strength figure can be very good to display the change of muscle torque in the process of dynamic lift.Conclusion:L-Z complexity to a certain extent reflects the kinds of the muscle raised changes in the process of muscle fatigue contraction. The method of wavelet packet weighted makes muscle strength and load in a good linear relationship, it can better reflect muscle load conditions by applying the muscle strength figures.
