Ozone is a kind of strong oxidizing and disinfectant of no pollution,which is widely used in industrial production and people's life.The traditional power supplies of high power ozone generator mostly adopt the scheme of power frequency boost and inverter of hard switching technology,the whole power supply system has some disadvantages of low power switching frequency,large loss,large space occupation,large noise and poor anti-interference ability to the outside world.These cases have made the ozone generator system can't be promoted well in the country.With the development and maturity of new control technology and modern power electronics technology,the application of the inverter with high power and high frequency is more and more widely.For those problems occurred,this paper solves the problems based on the full bridge inverter power supply system of series load resonant,and the dielectric barrier discharge ozone generator is used as the research object,these four aspects:from the principle and characteristics of the ozone generator,the power system frequency of the tracking control,the control of power system output power and the overall ozone generator power supply distribution cabinet 3D model design.In this paper,the high frequency and high power discharge power supply is in more in-depth discussion and research.According to the load characteristics and function conversion principle,when the value of power supply output frequency and the value of load resonant frequency are the same,the active power is in maximum,and the system is in the highest efficiency,so for the power supply output frequency tracking,we compare the frequency tracking technology of phase-locked loop and use the sampling DC bus current to find the frequency average to achieve the frequency of self-tracking and control the frequency.In the regulation of power,the inverter is used to change the frequency of PFM modulation,and the BOOST circuit SPWM modulation is used to adjust the output voltage to achieve the purpose of changing the output power.Under the MATLAB platform,the model is established and the data is verified.And this way verifies the effectiveness of the two methods of automatic tracking technology and power regulation.This program has completed the control system design based on PLC and Arduino single-chip.Through the DC bus current sampling,and using the mathematical modeling analysis,the load frequency size is locked in the vicinity of the resonant frequency.Using Siemens PLC and Arduino microcontroller we can control system start and stop,and through the touch screen to monitor the relevant technical parameters in real-time.Finally,the use of three-dimensional mapping software Solidworks we can complete the power system control cabinet and the main circuit and control circuit assembly mechanical structure design.
