Design And Implementation Of Unified Authentication System For Cultural Digital Resources-oriented Digital Library

With the rapid development of information technology,an ever increasing amount of digital resources are spread through the Internet.Digital library is a kind of application system using information technology to store and disseminate cultural digital resources.It plays an increasingly important role in the dissemination of knowledge and culture in the Internet.Digital libraries often contain multiple application servers,but these application servers are lack of secure information sharing and unified access control.Not only the user information is managed dispersedly,but also user needs to login many times in access to different application servers.At the same time,chaotic authority management brings serious security risks.In order to promote the rapid development of the digital library and to provide the cultural digital resources of high quality to users on the Internet,it is urgent to establish a unified authentication service of digital library,so as to provide comprehensive authentication support and rights management services.This paper caries out research and analysis of products and technology related to unified authentication,and combines the characteristics and requirements of the digital library,proposing a unified authentication system of cultural digital resources.The system mainly includes the following functions:1.Unified management of user information.This paper adopts master/slave backup mode from MySQL,and modifies the BoneCP connection pool,which can realize a reliable storage module for fault monitoring and Database hot backup,and ensure the data storage security and access reliability,improve the situation of chaotic stored user information.2.Single sign on function.On the basis of CAS(central authentication service),this paper proposes a certification service level with expansion scheme with Rule-based servers.The scheme not only avoids the failure of single point,but also effectively improves the overall login service ability,which solves the multiple login problem when users access to different application servers.3.Unified access control of cultural digital resources.In this paper,the design style of REST(Representational State Transfer)with variable length path is proposed,which can realize the unification of resource description form.Then based on this,RBAC(role-based access control)model with permission constraints is introduced,which achieves a secure and flexible access control function,so as to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by disorder of permission management.Relying on the National Science and Technology Support Program"unified national digital cultural resources and service platform to reveal"project,paper implements a unified authentication system.The system is secure and complete,and ultimately provide a good operation support services for national digital cultural service platform.
