Today, the contradiction between supply and demand of radio spectrum resources has become increasingly prominent. In order to ensure the comprehensive construction of the new generation of broadband wireless mobile communication network and to ensure the sustained and healthy development of LTE and LTE-Advanced industries,more frequency resources need to be allocated, more advanced frequency-consuming technologies and more scientific management methods should be adopted to support its communication needs. Among them, the measurement and evaluation of the frequency of radio stations is one of the key links to master the utilization of frequency resources,improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization and realize closed-loop resource management. At present, the relevant instrument field in China has yet to be developed.Based on the idea of virtual instrument, this paper designs and realizes the communication frequency evaluation and test software system for radio measurement. Using .Net Framework and hierarchical modular design and implementation of the software, and through Thread Pool thread asynchronous implementation to ensure data synchronization between threads and communication to complete the user operation response, system display and test functions, data processing and Storage callback and other functions. The main contents and results are as follows:1. Design and implement the basic measurement and control functions of the software. Including interface interaction control, system parameter linkage, hardware communication, as well as multi-track, peak search, file access and other basic test functions. The mathematic FFTW function library is used to process the parameters of the RF parameters,and the frequency domain data after preprocessing is used as the basic data to calculate the parameters, so as to achieve the accuracy requirements.2. The detailed design and implementation of the RF display module are given. The relationship between the RF display function and the whole system is determined by determining the interface parameter attributes. Based on the GDI + drawing principle, and using the system default buffer method to achieve double-buffered graphics to solve the problem of drawing flicker. And the data processing and calling interface in each display mode are described in detail, and the real-time response between the RF display module and the software testing function is realized.Through the test of software function, the communication frequency evaluation and test system has realized the measurement and evaluation of the frequency of the radio station, and can satisfy the RF signal parameter evaluation precision and the basic measurement operation demand. The system can run continuously in a stable environment,resource consumption, reliability and accuracy have been verified, and provide users with a friendly interface.
