In recent years,with the rapid development of radio business,the demand for radio frequency in Puer City has been increasing geometrically.At present,there is a problem of low utilization rate of allocated radio frequency,and the key to solve the problem is to explore the utilization of allocated radio frequency in Puer City.Based on the introduction of the theory of radio frequency data utilization analysis,combined with the actual situation of Puer City,this thesis designs the overall analysis scheme of data acquisition,storage,preprocessing and index analysis from radio frequency.According to the design scheme,the existing radio fixed monitoring station and mobile monitoring station in Puer City are used to realize the collection and storage of radio frequency data covering the built urban area of nine counties and one district of Puer City and important border ports.This thesis uses the programming language Python to write programs to read the collected radio frequency data,and carries out data processing and descriptive statistical analysis on the radio frequency data,and obtains the index values such as frequency occupation degree through statistical algorithm.Using k-means clustering analysis algorithm and discriminant analysis algorithm to establish the model,the paper compares the data of radio station in Puer City,analyzes the situation of unknown occupied radio frequency,and obtains the analysis results of the utilization rate of radio frequency data in 798-960 MHz frequency band,and shows them.The results show that the radio frequencies of 10 business bands,such as 800 MHz digital trunking communication system and aviation radio navigation system,have not been fully utilized in Puer City.In the mobile communication system,in addition to the effective use of the radio frequency of the(870-880MHz)band in Puer City,some radio frequencies in other bands have not yet been effectively used and are idle.This thesis takes the lead in carrying out the radio frequency data acquisition and analysis work with a wide coverage and scientific indicators in Puer City,providing the basis for mastering the actual use of radio frequency in the frequency band of 798-960 MHz in Puer City,planning and adjusting the radio business frequency in Puer City.
