The Research And Implementation Of Collaborative Management System For Standard System Of Digital Protection For Cultural Relics

Cultural relics play a crucial role in the common heritage of human history development. In recent years, some phenomena of the loss of cultural relics are being hanppening frequently, and the digital protection of cultural relics was proposed as an effective method with being based on the phenomenon. However, owing to lack of unitary specifications or technical manuals, companies and persons adopt different technologies or methods in the process of cultural relics digitization, which has seriously hindered the work of the digital protection for cultural relics. Therefore, it is really necessary to create a collaborative management system for standard system of digital protection.In this thesis, a hierarchical model of collaborative management system is proposed first, which consists of base layer, service layer, application layer and user layer. The service layer is the core of the model, including a series of micro-services, which contains many small functions. Through service-call coordination among the various parts of the system, the model accomplishes effective management for the resources (people, money, material, etc.).Furthermore, according on the real problem in scene of the real-time collaborative editing, an improved SOCT4 algorithm based on operation segmentation is presented to ensure the text state consistency of the real-time collaborative editing among many sites by analyzing and comparing the deficiency of various concurrency control algorithms of the collaborative editing.Finally, being based on above-mentioned contents such as the hierarchical model of collaborative management system and the algorithm of operation segmentation, they are applied for the collaborative management system for standard system of digital protection for cultural relics. The system consists of standard service, standard collaborative editing, standard register and maintenance and portal website. The four application systems are integrated into a whole of collaborative and efficient information system for business processing and information display.The collaborative management system achieves the goal of establishing and improving the standard system of digital protection for cultural relics,according to the whole life cycle management, including standard formulation,revision, approval, version management and release.At present, the system has been applied in the actual production environment, and it improves the efficiency of standardization work of digital protection for cultural relics.In reality, it has obtained the good application effect.
