Chaotic circuit,as chaotic signal generators,can produce real continuous chaotic signals.So it has important research significance and is the base of engineering implementation.Because of its characteristics,chaotic circuits have been widely applied in chaotic encryption system and random number generators.Chaotic circuits constructed in integration way have better performance than those constructed using discrete components.Foreign scholars have been studying integrated chaotic circuit since the nineties of last century,up to now they have already proposed the integration realization of classic chaotic system like Chua's system and Lorenz system,and chaotic encryption systems based on those classic chaotic systems.But research on integrated multiscroll chaotic circuits is insufficient.No literature have proposed the integration realization of chaotic encryption system based on multiscroll chaotic system.Based on the above reasons,study on integrated multiscroll chaotic circuits has theory significance and importance engineering significance.This paper focus on the study and design of integrated multiscroll chaotic circuits and chaotic synchronous circuits.In this paper a transconductor and a voltage input current output saturation circuit are connected in series to perform as a voltage input current output saturation circuit.This constructed circuit's characteristic curve can be adjusted flexibly.So it can be used to constructed many kinds of piecewise linear function circuit.A voltage input current output step function circuit is modified to perform as a voltage input current output hysteresis function circuit.Compared with existing hysteresis circuit the hysteresis of the modified circuit's characteristic curve can be adjusted by voltage.It makes adjusting the distribution of scrolls in real time possible.And a current input current output step function circuit is modified to perform as a current input current output hysteresis function circuit.This modified circuit's characteristic curve can be adjusted flexibly by changing circuit's bias.A current mode chaotic synchronous circuit is designed innovatively.Because the state variable in the circuit is current.They can be added and subtracted easily that makes design of controller easy.Current mode chaotic circuits and voltage mode chaotic circuits are simulation realized in this paper.Simulation results show that compared with chaotic circuits constructed using discrete components,chaotic circuits constructed in integration way have better performance.And for integrated chaotic circuits,current mode chaotic circuits have better performance than voltage mode chaotic circuits.Designing current mode integrated chaotic synchronous circuit instead of voltage mode circuits makes design of controller easier.These conclusions have directive significance for designing integrated chaotic circuits.All the simulations are run on Pspice using TSMC 0.35 micron meter process parameters.The simulation results are consistent with theoretical prediction and numerical simulation,and prove that our design is correct.The integrated chaotic circuit designed in this paper is energy saving and can produce chaotic signal with large spectrum so can be widely applied in engineering aspect.
