Research On The BP Artificial Neutral Network Model Of The Later Stage Supporting Policy To The Reservoir Resettlements

Since the promulgation of the later stage supporting Policy in the large and medium-sized reservoir resettlements,the work of monitoring and evaluation to the latter support has gradually advanced.However,the work has not established a standardized and unified evaluation system until now,a lack of a unity and specification standard for measuring the later support effect makes it difficult to make a comprehensive evaluation quantitatively.Therefore,we need an in-depth research for the comprehensive evaluation of the latter support effect,and explore a scientific,objective,and accurate method for the evaluation system actively.Based on the monitoring and evaluation of reservoir resettlement,this paper makes an in-depth study for the comprehensive evaluation of the latter support effect in combination with the monitoring and evaluation work practice in various provinces and cities.The main results are as follows.Firstly,based on the theories of management,economics and sociology,this paper analyzes the present situation,characteristics and reasons of the reservoir resettlement;the main contents and forms,the present situation and the problems of the later stage supporting Policy;Secondly,the contents,methods,functions and necessity of the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the late stage of supporting policy are expounds.Thirdly,this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of the later supporting effect,and makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis and quantitative evaluation on the comprehensive evaluation index system.This paper introduces a comprehensive evaluation method of the late stage support effect of Reservoir Resettlement Based on BP neural network model and explains the evaluation step by the specific examples,the results are in good agreement with the actual situation,which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation method.The research above can provide rationalization proposals for how to improve the living standard of the resettlements,and provide the basis for the improvement of the later stage supporting Policy.which is operable and practical.
