Multi-resolution analysis and Mallat algorithm are introduced. Finally, the singularity of the signal is analyzed and the multi-resolution analysis, Mallat algorithm and singularity are used to do the wavelet transform. The wavelet multi - scale detection algorithm is proposed,and the experimental results verify the correctness of the algorithm.
