Starting in 2002,the wine industry in China has entered a period of steady and rapid development.In addition to imports of all kinds of wine,the domestic wine industry is rising rapidly.Yantai obtained the regional brand of Chinese wine country in 2008,the second region of the country of origin after changli wine.Wine area is located at the foot of helan mountain,formed by the Yellow River alluvial plain,fertile land with sufficient light and reasonable temperature difference between day and night,make ningxia helan mountain foothill area became very suitable for grape growing and winemaking regions.However,in the development of the winery industry,there are also a series of problems that restrict its development.But in terms of grape planting,there are varieties of a single,imperfect cultivation management,fertilizer use only rely on personal experience,need to deal with problems such as pressure buried warm in winter.At the same time,there is a lack of scientific management of the brewing process,and the specific determination of most parts of the brewing process is based on experience.The system is developed using the Struts + Spring + Hibernate framework,which USES open source relational database MySQL.According to the daily operations for the chateau demand analysis,system including winery information environment information,grape growing,wine fermentation management,inventory sales information,visualize,statistical analysis,system set up six big modules.Winery environment information and grapes is mainly responsible for record winery in daily management in the process of the accumulated environmental meteorological data,wine fermentation management section is mainly responsible for some relevant biochemical index in the fermentation process,so that staff can reasonably control the quality of the wine.Inventory sales statistical analysis and visualization is mainly responsible for recording and analysis of finished wine sales in the market,help enterprises to better to adjust the product structure,optimizing the product itself.The module that imports a large amount of data is added in a number of ways to reduce the labor intensity of the user.In statistical analysis module,which can be of historical data collected on the visualization display and through time series analysis algorithm to predict wine sales situation.System management module is mainly responsible for the chateau registration administration staff and all kinds of supplies,equipment,and awarded the different permissions for different employees,ensure the winery to each department could carry out effective management.
