The paper focuses on the communication practice of liberal education, beased on the observation of a kindergarten of ideal type in Wuhan. And the whole paper is divided into three parts, text presentation, teaching practice and focus moment. From the above three parts, it discusses the cognition, practice and communication of liberal education. What's more, this paper observes the path of organizational communication of liberal education and the competition and the game with traditional parenting concept and habits and customs. The study finds that the kindergarten of ideal type constructs daily life of love and respect, liberty and rule, continually consolidates the consciousness of we to remind teachers and parents of distinguishing the third person. In order to get external identification, the kindergarten constructs a complete educational system of internal and external equilibrium. The internal communication is embedded into daily organizational teaching and interactive practice of homeland and kindergarten construction. And external communication highlights the reply in focus moment.During the process of organizational communication, the kindergarten has a lot of problems, such as poor communication channels in homeland and kindergarten construction, single means of communication. Furthermore, confront with the external shows the concept game with government restriction, market demand and traditional culture. Meanwhile, it presents the self-reflection and criticism of urban middle class,and expectation for future education.
