Research On Information Recommendation Service Of Social Q&A Website

With the development of Internet technology and intelligent equipment, people's traditional Q&A behavior gradually extended from off-line to on-line, the traditional online Q&A platform emerged. For the introduction of social relations, the development of social Q&A platform is very good. Social Q&A platform has become an important platform of people solve problems and share their knowledge. With the continuous development, the information services of Social Q&A platform are also facing more and more problems, such as user got the information they want more and more difficult. As the important ways to solve the information overload and the important part of individualized information services, information recommendation has attracted a great deal of research and discussion.This study based on the perspective of information services, with social Q&A website as the research object, combined with the related research of personalized service,personalized information recommendation and recommendation system, and discussed the information recommendation service of Social Q&A platform. First of all, based on related literature about Social Q&A platform, information dissemination, information organization,user information behavior,the paper described the characteristics of users and information of the Social Q&A platform, and the content and form of the information recommendation service. The paper concluded that the information recommendation of the Social Q&A platform includes sdi information recommendation, mining information recommendation, recommended and popular information recommendation. Then, with the basic framework of the recommendation system, and combined with the four recommended models, the information flow of the Q&A platform is hierarchically constructed. The paper described the information flow is from the information collection layer, the pretreatment layer, the recommendation layer and the information presentation and interaction layer. The basic framework and process of information recommendation service of socialized Q & A platform are expounded in detail. Finally,the case analysis of domestic socialization Q & A platform "Zhihu",From the user's point of view,the information recommendation system of "Zhihu" that users can perceive has been summarize and analysis, the four recommendation model and service process has been verified, and some evaluation and suggestions have been putted forward to the information recommendation service of "Zhihu".
