Archives are valuable resources, which play an important role in our life. With the continuous deterioration of environmental conditions and the expansion of population size, the preservation of archives confronts with many challenges. The preservation of archives has strict requirements on the environment. At present, the preservation of archives has been paid more and more attention. The goal of safety management of archives is to establish a safe and efficient warehouse security management system to realize the preservation and management of archives. With the rapid development of embedded technology and the rapid rise of the sensor industry, many technologies have been applied to the management of the archives, indoor temperature and humidity monitoring and ozone disinfection can be achieved. However, the intelligent construction of the archives still confronts with many problems,such as low integration,high management cost and limited environmental indicators. In order to solve the essential problems, it is of great significance to study the establishment of intelligent warehouse security monitoring system.First of all, this paper makes a survey of the present situation of the archives construction at home and abroad, and makes the project plan according to the needs of the domestic archives.Secondly, according to the design scheme of the security monitoring system, the paper selects the sensor type and the processor model according to the environmental requirements for the file preservation. This paper designed the environment monitor,controller and infrared control module, and transplanted ?C/OS-? kernel and FreeModbus protocol. The environment monitor can realize real-time monitoring and data uploading of indoor environment such as temperature,humidity,CO,CO2,O3,PM2.5, formaldehyde and so on. The controller can realize the collection of indoor multi-point data, threshold decision, voice alarm, raw data upload and environment adaptive adjustment through RS-485 bus. The controller can realize the management of the internal equipment of the warehouse, control the state of the equipment such as ventilation fan, light, ozone generator, dehumidifier, air conditioner, fire extinguisher and so on, it can also achieve adaptive adjustment of internal environment of Archives.Through the RS-485 bus,the computer can realize the management of multiple warehouses and the data backup in different places.Finally,according to the industry standard,the warehouse safety monitoring system is tested, and the storeroom environment of archives is simulated. The test results show that the warehouse security monitoring system designed in this paper can realize the security monitoring of archival warehouse, reliable data transmission, and has the advantages of low cost, low power consumption, high stability, intelligence and easy expansion. Among them, the design of the environmental monitoring system solves the shortcomings of the traditional monitor mode, such as single mode and narrow monitoring range. The monitoring system supports RS-485 bus, WiFi and CAN bus and so on, with high integration, low power consumption, low cost and other advantages.The warehouse security monitoring system designed in this paper has been changed in the same way, and it can be used in museums, grain warehouses, paper mills and garages. It is in line with the future development trend of warehouse management.
