At present,the development of industrial Internet has further accelerated the "Industrialization" and "informatization" of China.A large range of automatic production has been started in industrial production in China.The enormous industrial automatic production network consist of a large number of connected industrial automatic equipment.However,many people only take care of the availability and real-time requirements of industrial applications,ignoring the potential risk of equipment in the design and installing process at the remote control of automated equipment.With the development of the Internet,a large quantity of software protocols,operating platforms and management vulnerabilities are excavated,which is the mainly reason of frequent incidents in the industrial control system in recent years.Particularly in the important sectors related to the security of the national such as energy,traffic and so on,even though a small fault may lead to a disaster which brings about not only the property damage and casualties,but also the danger to the whole country,from this point,it is important to evaluate the security risk of industrial control system.However,there are no uniform assessment factors and quantitative assessment methods for industrial control systems at home and abroad.Therefore,this paper plays an important role in the literature analysis method.Firstly,this paper has analyzed the related research literature which contains the safety standards and norms of ICS at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper puts forward the relevant factors of the risk assessment and the weight of each evaluation factor obtained by iterative neural network.Finally,the quantification value and grade of the risk assessment are calculated based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the security risk assessment status of ICS,the work which I have done as follows:1.This paper puts forward the classified standard of ICS based on the loss classification and the standard of safety classification of information system and the grading protection measures of our country,and based on IEC62442 and NIST SP-800.2.Based on the safety risk assessment standard of GB / T30976.1 promulgated in China,this paper puts forward the method of GABP neural network as the basic factor of risk assessment in GB / T30976.1.According to the training results of GABP neural network,the weight of risk assessment factors is obtained.Based on the weight of the risk assessment elements,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the risk quantification value of ICS security risk.3.Combined with the above assessment methods and processes,the PHP + Apache + MySQL web technology is used to design the system.The above method is implemented in the system.We finally form an extensible maintainable risk assessment module.This module is regarded as the risk assessment method of Guangxi industrial control system security monitoring platform.Enable data collection and risk assessment as a complete system to provide assessment tools for ICS risk assessment in the region.
