Ocean is a magical place,it contains more than ten million kinds of resources. Countries around the world have realized the importance of it in terms of military and political aspects,more and more emphasis on its development and utilization. The submersible is exploring the ocean must tool, it began to widespread attention in the field of scientific research.Submersible is usefull, the most important is to monitor the test Marine organisms and watch their environment, to scientifically sampling, search the bottom of the ocean resources and so on. The small submersible with small size, flexible characteristics become the exploration of the most w- idely used tool.Maneuverability of submersible is its comprehensive performance is important part of, is to ensure that the submersible can safe navigation, prerequisite play tactical level.Submersible performance testing is the most commonly used test movement simulation.Motion simulation system can not only forecast submersible manipulation performance can provide platform for submersible intelligent con- trol and debugging.The submersible maneuvering performance, you first need to establish motion simulation system. To establish such a system can not only evaluate the performance of the movement of the submersible, can also reduce the number of test and field test pool, thus can save cost.In this paper, based on underwater vehicle is the research object. According to the typical submersible general equation of motion, to establish the mathemattical model of six degrees of freedom,stress analysis at the same time. And then according to the preliminary design of submersible model, using computational fluid dynamics is the most commonly used analysis software FLUENT to simulate the flume experiment obtained maneuverability hydrodynamic coefficients as needed. Finally do sink manipulation performance test, processing the data and analysis of the calculating. Usually the results as the criterion value, to evaluate calculation method, at the same time also need to let the hydrodynamic coefficients of test set. In short,the establishment of sports simulation system to simulate the typical space motion of underwater vehicle, the curve is obtained by analysis of the complete forecast of underwater vehicle handling performance.
