One-Card system means that users through the card to complete multiple functions in a variety of fields.The use of One-Card system has been around all aspects of our life,it brings great convenience to our life.However,the current One-Card system has exposed many problems.Firstly,different departments will issue a card as soon as certain service is launched,which lead to a large number of cards.Secondly,circulation of cards has reached ?750 million in our country and producing one card costs ?20,so funding of producing cards are so expensive that reach to ?15 billion.Thirdly,due to the lack of generality of One-Card system in the various departments,the data of One-Card system is scattered and can't be used effectively.Fourthly,the current management to One-Card system lacks self-help management platform so that completely through artificial way.Fifthly,the function of the card as an electronic wallet has not yet been fully developed.Aiming at problems and shortcomings of the current One-Card system,combined with characters that the second generation ID card has the global exclusive sequence number and can be recognized by machine,the paper puts forward an idea that the second generation ID card as medium of One-Card system to build a system of cross-industry,multi-domain applications and inter-regional interoperability.Firstly,this paper makes feasibility analysis with the system from the technical?economic?security aspects,then determines the system design goal and framework of the system,finally research on lower reader and upper application platform are laid out in detail.This paper first studies reader for One-Card system that can recognize sequence number under the premise of not involving "confidentiality" of the second generation ID card.The relative hardware and software technology of reader are well analyzed,the reader hardware is mainly composed of three parts: the main control module,the radio frequency module and the antenna module.The reader software mainly analyzes processes for getting the serial number from the second generation ID card and serial communication.The research is mainly focused on anti-collision algorithm of more than one the second generation ID card.This paper focuses on the application software platform,including consumption system,One-Card website and background server.Firstly,the research is mainly focused on consumption system based on C/S structure,and then achieves the development of the socket communication payment software based on TCP.In order to improve the safety of consumption system,protection mechanism is proposed during the system development process.Then One-Card management website based on B/S is designed,website requirements,composition and implementation processes are studied in detail.Finally,the analysis is focused on background server,including web server software,runtime environment and database design.At the end of this paper,the idea of data mining and analysis for One-Card data are presented in order to get potential and valuable information within the data.It not only provides targeted services for users,but also provides decision support for the government.
