In recent years,due to the rapid economic development and the widespread use of computer technology,those applications in the outdoor monitoring system for image processing technology requirements are getting higher and higher.But the growing environmental problems have brought challenges to the application of these technologies,especially in the face of severe fog,haze and other bad weather.The bad weather will not only affect people’s daily life,bring inconvenience to life,and make the quality of the image becomes low,the final imaging results worse.Serious more likely to make some outdoor monitoring system doesn’t run properly,but also in the security aspects of the great hidden dangers,especially in terms of traffic.Therefore,it is very important and important to perform image enhancement processing on images taken in haze weather,both in daily life and in specialized departments.The main research work in this paper is as follows:(1)Starting from the theoretical basis of image enhancement,representation of digital image,acquisition method,processing process and the basic characteristics of various graphic types,two methods of localized enhanced image are compared,based on local contrast method and local variance method.And proposes the improved Retinex algorithm based on the wavelet domain,through the histogram equalization of the fog effect experiment done,the improved algorithm has a good fog effect,and a variety of objective indicators are relatively high.(2)Based on the theory of frequency domain transformation,the image processing enhancement method of Sym series wavelet transform is analyzed and used,depth study of the wavelet transform technology in image enhancement methods and applications.The importance of selecting suitable wavelet bases in wavelet decomposition is described.as well as the decomposition of the different high and low frequency information obtained based on their differences in the characteristics of the processing mechanism,it will make the final effect is very different,in order to make the image clarity improved.The dehumidification effect of this method is compared with that of homomorphic filtering algorithm.The experiment proves that the method has better fog effect.Finally,the method is applied to the traffic vehicle monitoring system,the treatment effect is also very good. |
