During the 12 th Five-Year and the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the national grid has announced and implemented the “strong smart grid plan”,the “five major three sets of important initiatives” and “energy Internet strategy”,the power data center network plays an important supporting role.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the stable operation of related supporting information system,it also has stringent requirements on communication ability of the power system network data center,especially cloud computing,big data and other technologies technology are now in the ascendant and the rapid growth of data traffic,all of these leads to the growing of power data center network and also bring enormous pressure,so the traditional architecture of the electric power grids has been difficult to meet the requierment of current rapid development.Network QoS can bring high efficientive operation to network,improve network efficiency and reduce the cost of network.Accordingly,how to achieve the specific QoS and network routing strategies in the power data center network has become a research hotspot.SDN can be a key technology to solve the problem of power data center network routing,which adopted the Open Flow protocol and based on forward / control separate network of flow forwarding mechanism described by multi-domin network header.This manuscript firstly analyzes the current situation and the problems of power data center network.Secondly given the background of SDN technology and Open Flow protocol,Expounded the basic idea of SDN and OpenFlow technology,Then detailed description of the main components of the OpenFlow switch,OpenFlow protocol development process,the message type and the basic data organization of message,Lastly described several major modules of SDN controllers and Floodlight controllers.analyzed the feasibility of SDN technology applied to electric power data center.Based on the research of SDN-based power data center routing policy and the idea that SDN can be uesd to achieve the separation of control layer and data layer,this paper proposes a QoS-ensure flow control method based on OpenFlow,which is implemented by QoS flow control policy framework.The main modules are included QoS routing management,routing engine,QoS control,data monitoring,fault monitoring,link discovery and so on.The data monitoring,link discovery and fault monitoring modules in the framework collect the information of the OpenFlow switch.The collected information is transmitted to the routing engine and the QoS control module,then the QoS control module will send the analyzed QoS information to the routing engine module,finally the routing engine module will determine the path selection according to its own routing algorithm.Routing algorithm uses an improved intelligent and heuristic ant colony algorithm method to select routing path.At last,Mininet network simulation platform and Floodlight controller conduct simulation and validation to the proposed routing strategy,and then compare performance with ECMP algorithm,the results prove that the proposed routing strategy is validate and feasible.
